CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Magic Trip processes and ships orders as quickly as possible, so options for changes or cancellations depend on the order’s status.


1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Magic Trip is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us unopened due to an address issue, we may offer a reshipment at the customer’s expense.


2. Preorders

When you place a preorder, you are reserving a product that is not yet in inventory or is scheduled for future availability.

Depending on the product, we may:

  • Charge the full amount at checkout, or

  • Charge a partial deposit with the remaining balance charged at the time of fulfillment

All preorder payment terms are clearly disclosed at checkout prior to purchase.

Preorders that have not yet been fulfilled may be canceled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Once a preorder has been fulfilled or shipped, it becomes subject to our standard return and refund policies.
